The Design and Construction Services department is responsible for reviewing and approving wastewater collection plans, inspecting and approving collection lines under construction and managing District construction projects.

Commercial customers can schedule inspections and view previous inspection reports. Visit the Developer Inspections Portal for more information.

The Clark County Water Reclamation District utilizes the Clark County Development Services HTE (bond release) System. Using the HTE number assigned to individual projects, individuals may view and track the CCWRD bond release status through the final bond release.
