Pre-Bid Conference Date: There will be “NO” Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for this ITB. However, all interested Bidders will be required to pre-qualify their Polymer by conducting onsite testing. The available testing dates are as follows: One (1) day of jar testing shall occur the week of July 12-15, 2021, and the weeks of July 19-22, 2021, July 26-29, 2021, August 2–5, 2021, August 9–12, 2021, August 16–19, 2021 and  August 23-26, 2021 will be available for Prospective Bidders to schedule their three (3) days full scale testing.
