The Clark County Water Reclamation District (District) awards professional services contracts using a qualifications-based selection process called the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Interested firms may apply by completing our SOQ submittal process during the open period:

June 16, 2025-August 15, 2025.

The District is looking for firms to provide expertise in one or more Services and/or Works to assist in the execution of our Capital Improvement Plan. Services are areas of professional or technical expertise, whereas Works are a specific type of public work.

Interested firms are invited to register at www.ngemnv.com. 

Submittals will only be accepted online at www.ngemnv.com.

Approval of the Statement of Qualifications list is scheduled for the December 2, 2025, Board of Trustees meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE SERVICES & WORKS CATEGORIES LISTED BELOW AT WWW.NGEMNV.COM ONLY DURING THE OPEN PERIOD.
