Overview

The Clark County Water Reclamation District will rehabilitate and install new sewer infrastructure in portions of the Wetlands Park, as well as along Broadbent Blvd. leading into the Clark County Water Reclamation’s Flamingo Water Resource Center.  Visitors may hear loud noises due to heavy equipment in the working area. Work is anticipated to last from February 2025 to early 2026.

When work is in progress, Visitors should take precautions and use alternative routes. Visitors should allow extra time when traveling through the impacted area. Work dates are subject to change. A letter has been distributed via mail to all affected residents. The letter can be accessed here if you did not receive it.

Work Area and Traffic Impacts

Travel lanes will be reduced and shifted while work occurs at each site. For most locations, all directions of traffic will be maintained. If you own a home or business that is directly affected by construction, you have received notification for this project via a hand-delivered Neighborhood Notice. Additional correspondence will be provided as the project proceeds.
